Understanding the Oneness Awakened State of Self-Realisation

You Already Belong

This piece describes something I have directly experienced for many years. I’m not offering it as a state everyone should reach, or as a promise of permanent peace.

Simply imagine waking up and feeling completely connected to life and nature, and to the people around you. A sense of ease settles into your body. You feel part of something whole and alive.

This is the awakened state of oneness. It’s not something to figure out with the mind. It’s a knowing that rises up from within.

I came to this through a practice that helped me stay so fully in this moment that the shift became permanent. I didn’t have to try to stay present anymore. It just became my natural way of living. Since then, joy and peace have stayed with me, no matter what’s happening around me.

You don’t need to take my word for it. Look in your own experience and see what, if anything, is recognisable.

The Ocean That Holds You

Have you ever stood by the sea and felt its quiet vastness and power? Now imagine that you’re not standing beside it. You’re already inside it. You’re part of the rhythm and flow. The water doesn’t ask you to prove yourself. It just holds you.

That’s what this connection feels like. You stop feeling apart from everything. The tight edges of “me” and “them” begin to soften. You start to feel the trees, the sky and even people you don’t know as part of the same life you’re living. And you begin to feel whole.

Stillness that Feels AliveQuote by Jules Bodger "In the oneness awakened state, the boundaries dissolve, and you recognise the infinite connection of all things."

For most people, the mind is always busy thinking, planning, remembering, worrying. It creates a lot of noise. But when you rest in presence that noise fades. The mind quiets. And instead of emptiness, what you feel is aliveness. Colours seem richer. Your breath feels nourishing. You start noticing the small details that were always there.

Peace doesn’t have to be earned. It’s underneath all the rushing. It’s always here. You just have to stop.

Seeing With New Eyes

Once you stop in this space, something changes in how you see others. You don’t just notice their behaviour. You feel their being. You recognise that we’re all part of the same life. Each person is doing their best, even if they’re acting from fear or pain. You don’t need to agree with them. You just begin to understand them.

That understanding opens your heart. You don’t need to hold on to old stories. You’re free to relate from compassion and presence, rather than habit or hurt.

Returning to What’s Already True

You don’t need to become someone different to feel this. You don’t have to improve yourself to be worthy of peace. You’ve simply picked up a lot of beliefs along the way about who you need to be, and how life is supposed to look, or what success means in this world. When those fall away, what’s left is something simple and steady.

You’re already enough. That truth lives underneath the noise. You don’t have to build it. You only need to uncover it.

Living from Wisdom

When you feel grounded and clear, you begin to make choices that match your values. You speak with kindness. You rest when you’re tired. You feel when it’s time to move. You’re no longer pulled in every direction. You start listening to the quiet voice inside that always knew the way.

Your life becomes more honest. You begin to enjoy the simplicity of each moment. There’s less effort, and more meaning.

Can Fear Fall Away?

Fear, grief, pain and ordinary human difficulty can still appear. What changed for me was the sense of what all of that was happening within.

Fear can grow when we feel separate. We start to think we’re on our own. That we have to control everything. That we’ll miss out or get it wrong. But when you begin to feel your deeper nature and when you realise you’re part of something that doesn’t come and go fear can begin to dissolve.

You still face challenges. But you don’t lose yourself in them. You feel stronger, more spacious and connected and loved. More at ease. You move through life differently.

This is how I’ve experienced it.

How I Can Support You

This space within us is always here, but most people were never shown how to find it. If only we were taught as children how to be from here, then we could have created such hugely spectacular lives. But it’s never too late! I offer gentle, practical support to help you:

  • Settle your mind so you can feel what’s already here

  • Let go of beliefs that keep you stuck

  • Connect with a deeper sense of clarity

  • Relate to others without losing yourself

  • Live from presence and peace

You don’t need to try harder. You just need to come home.

Ready to Begin?

This isn’t a path of pressure or perfection. It begins with a quiet yes. If you feel drawn to return to yourself, I’m here to walk with you.

You don’t have to go anywhere to find this. It’s already inside you. And we can return to it together.
