These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the All About Your Joy website, mobile application, memberships, courses, digital content and related services.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services. By accessing or using any part of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. About Us

These Services are provided by It’s All About Your Healing Limited, a company registered in New Zealand and trading as All About Your Joy.

Throughout these Terms:

Company, we, our, or us means It’s All About Your Healing Limited, trading as All About Your Joy.
You or your means any individual who accesses or uses our Services.
Services means our website, mobile application, memberships, courses, digital resources, live sessions, community spaces, one-to-one sessions and any other products or services we make available.
Website means www.allaboutyourjoy.com and any associated websites operated by us.
Application means the All About Your Joy mobile application available through approved app stores.
Content includes text, videos, audio recordings, guided practices, meditations, downloadable resources, images, graphics, community posts and any other material provided through our Services.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing our Website, downloading our Application, creating an account, joining our community, purchasing a course or membership, or otherwise using our Services, you confirm that:

you are at least 18 years of age, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian;
you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement;
you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you use our Services on behalf of a business or organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

3. Changes to These Terms

From time to time we may update these Terms to reflect changes to our Services, legal requirements or business practices.

Where practical, we will notify members of significant changes through the Website, Application or by email.

The updated Terms take effect from the date shown at the top of this document.

Your continued use of our Services after any updates means you accept the revised Terms.

4. Our Services

All About Your Joy provides digital education, guided practices, memberships, online programmes, community spaces and related wellbeing resources.

These may include, but are not limited to:

the All About Your Joy website;
the All About Your Joy mobile application;
the free community;
Simply Being Here membership;
Healing After Pet Loss;
Balanced Affirmation Method;
guided meditations and audio recordings;
gentle movement and moving meditation practices;
live online events;
talks, presentations and workshops;
one-to-one presence and wellbeing sessions;
pet-loss support, recordings and related resources;
non-invasive energy-healing sessions;
books, articles, videos and other educational content;
downloadable resources;
future courses, memberships and digital offerings.

Our Services are primarily educational and wellbeing-based. The inclusion of a subject within our courses, conversations, recordings or other Content does not mean that we provide a clinical, medical or therapeutic service in relation to that subject. The boundaries of our Services are explained further in section 21.

We may change, improve, update or discontinue any part of our Services at any time.

Where reasonably possible, we will give advance notice before removing any significant paid service.

5. Creating an Account

Some parts of our Services require you to create an account.

When creating an account you agree to:

provide accurate and current information;
keep your login details secure;
keep your contact information up to date;
accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.

Please notify us promptly if you believe someone has gained unauthorised access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that provide false information, misuse the Services or breach these Terms.

6. Memberships and Subscriptions

Some Services are provided through recurring memberships or subscriptions.

Subscription fees are charged in advance on the billing cycle you choose when joining.

Unless cancelled, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period using your nominated payment method.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

Cancellation stops future renewals but does not provide a refund for the current subscription period already paid for.

You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

We may occasionally change membership pricing.

If we do, we will provide reasonable notice before the new pricing takes effect.

7. Digital Products and Courses

When you purchase a digital course, programme or resource, you receive a personal licence to access that content.

Unless stated otherwise on the sales page, your purchase provides access only for your personal, non-commercial use.

Access rights are not transferable.

You may not:

share your login details;
distribute course materials;
upload our recordings elsewhere;
reproduce, sell or licence our content;
use our materials to create competing products.

Where lifetime access is offered, this means access for the lifetime of the product while it remains supported by All About Your Joy. It does not guarantee perpetual access regardless of future technological or business changes.

8. Payments

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at the time of purchase.

Payments are securely processed through our third-party payment providers.

By making a purchase, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

If a payment fails, we may suspend access to paid Services until payment has been successfully completed.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing errors before accepting an order.

9. Refunds

We genuinely want you to feel good about your decision to join All About Your Joy.

Because many of our products and services are delivered digitally and become available immediately after purchase, refunds are not automatically available once access has been provided.

We understand that circumstances can sometimes change. If you believe exceptional circumstances apply, please contact us. Refund requests are considered individually, fairly and in good faith.

When assessing a refund request, we may consider factors including:

the type of product or service purchased;

how much of the content has been accessed or used;

the circumstances surrounding the request; and

our obligations under applicable New Zealand consumer law.

For memberships, cancellation prevents future renewals but does not normally entitle you to a refund for the current billing period already paid.

For one-to-one sessions, we will do our best to reschedule appointments where reasonable notice is provided. Missed appointments or late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986 or any other applicable legislation.

10. One-to-One Sessions

From time to time we may offer individual sessions as a separate service.

These sessions may include presence and wellbeing conversations, guided practices or non-invasive energy healing, depending on the service booked. They are not counselling, psychotherapy, psychological or psychiatric treatment, medical care or another regulated health service.

These sessions are booked individually and are not included within a membership unless expressly stated.

If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, please let us know as soon as possible.

Where possible, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule appointments with sufficient notice. Missed appointments or cancellations made without reasonable notice may not be eligible for a refund.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to illness, unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our reasonable control. If this happens, we will work with you to arrange another suitable time.

We may also decline, pause or end a session where we reasonably believe that your needs fall outside the scope of the Services we provide. Where appropriate, we may encourage you to seek support from a suitably qualified health or other professional.

11. Community Guidelines

We want All About Your Joy to be a welcoming, respectful and supportive place for everyone.

By participating in our community spaces, including the mobile application, comments, discussion groups, live events and any future community platforms, you agree to treat others with kindness and respect.

You agree not to:

harass, bully or intimidate others;
post abusive, threatening, hateful or discriminatory material;
deliberately disrupt discussions;
upload unlawful or offensive material;
share another person’s private information without their permission;
advertise products or services without our written approval;
impersonate another individual;
upload malicious software or attempt to interfere with the operation of our Services.

Healthy discussion and differing viewpoints are welcome. Personal attacks are not.

We reserve the right to moderate discussions, edit or remove content where appropriate, suspend commenting privileges or remove members whose behaviour repeatedly breaches these guidelines.

Our aim is always to maintain a respectful environment rather than to restrict genuine conversation.

Community Privacy

Our community is built on trust. Many members choose to share personal experiences.

By participating, you agree to respect the privacy of others and not reproduce, record, distribute or publish another member’s posts, comments or personal stories outside the community without their express permission.

12. User Content

Some parts of our Services allow you to post comments, photographs, stories, questions or other material.

You remain the owner of anything you create and share.

By posting content through our Services, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and share that content only as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the Services.

For example, this may include displaying your comment within the community or featuring a community discussion inside the app.

We will never sell your content or claim ownership of it.

You are responsible for ensuring anything you post:

is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
does not infringe another person’s intellectual property;
does not breach any law;
respects the privacy of others.

13. Testimonials

If you choose to provide feedback, testimonials or reviews about your experience, you give us permission to use them in our marketing and promotional material unless you ask us not to.

We may make minor edits for spelling, grammar or length while preserving the original meaning.

If you would prefer your testimonial to remain anonymous, simply let us know and we will respect your wishes wherever reasonably possible.

Testimonials describe individual experiences only. They illustrate how different people have engaged with our work and are not promises or guarantees that you will experience similar outcomes.

14. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content provided through our Services is owned by or licensed to It’s All About Your Healing Limited.

This includes, but is not limited to:

written material;
books;
articles;
guided meditations;
audio recordings;
video recordings;
courses;
lesson content;
worksheets;
exercises;
frameworks and teaching methodologies;
graphics;
photographs;
illustrations;
logos;
branding;
website content;
mobile application content;
software; and
any future content created or made available through our Services.

This material is protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws.

Purchasing access to our Services does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

Nothing in these Terms grants any ownership rights in our intellectual property. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by It’s All About Your Healing Limited.

15. Permitted Personal Use

We encourage you to enjoy and revisit our resources as often as you wish for your own personal development and wellbeing.

Access to our Services does not permit the reproduction, teaching, resale or redistribution of our materials without our prior written permission.

However, you may not without our prior written permission:

copy entire courses;
reproduce our recordings;
distribute downloads;
upload our videos to other platforms;
share member-only materials publicly;
use our content within another commercial programme;
remove copyright notices;
train artificial intelligence systems using our proprietary content;
create products that substantially reproduce our original work.

If you would like to licence or collaborate using our material, we would be pleased to hear from you.

16. Copyright Concerns

We respect the intellectual property rights of others.

If you believe material appearing on our Services infringes your copyright, please contact us with sufficient information for us to investigate.

Where appropriate, we may temporarily remove the material while we review the matter.

If infringement is confirmed, appropriate action will be taken.

17. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Services lawfully and responsibly.

You must not:

attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems;
interfere with the operation or security of our Services;
introduce malicious software;
use automated systems to scrape or copy our content;
attempt to reverse engineer any part of the Application;

We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

Our Website and Application may contain links to third-party websites, payment providers or other external services.

These services operate independently from us.

We are not responsible for:

their content;
their privacy practices;
their availability;
any products or services they provide.

Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

19. Availability of Services

While we aim to provide reliable access to our Services, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Occasionally we may need to:

perform maintenance;
update systems;
improve functionality;
resolve technical issues.

We are not responsible for interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, third-party platform failures or events commonly described as force majeure.

We will always endeavour to restore services as promptly as reasonably possible.

20. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us.

Our collection, use and storage of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

21. Health and Wellbeing Disclaimer

Our Services are designed to support learning, self-awareness, personal wellbeing and practical exploration of everyday life.

The information provided through our Website, Application, memberships, courses, recordings, live sessions and community is educational in nature.

All About Your Joy shares practices, observations and experiences through meditation, presence, gentle movement, conversation, courses, recordings, writing, pet-loss support and other wellbeing resources.

It is not intended to replace professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, financial or legal advice.

Nothing within our Services is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical or mental health condition.

We do not provide psychotherapy, counselling, psychological or psychiatric treatment, trauma processing, addiction treatment, crisis or suicide intervention, medical or medication advice, physiotherapy or physical rehabilitation.

Our pet-loss Services offer compassionate support, recordings and resources for people experiencing the loss of an animal they love. They are not grief therapy or bereavement counselling.

Where energy healing is offered, it is provided as a complementary wellbeing experience. We do not claim that energy healing diagnoses, treats, prevents or cures illness or any physical or mental health condition, and no particular health outcome is promised. It should not be used as a substitute for appropriate professional healthcare.

Our gentle movement and moving meditation practices are offered for personal exploration and general wellbeing. They are not physiotherapy, physical rehabilitation or treatment for an injury or health condition. You are responsible for deciding whether a movement or practice is appropriate for you and should stop if you experience pain, significant discomfort or other concerning symptoms.

If you have concerns about your physical health, emotional wellbeing or mental health, please seek advice from an appropriately qualified health professional.

If you believe you or another person may be at immediate risk of harm, contact your local emergency services immediately.

If something arises while using our Services that appears to fall outside the scope of what we provide, we may encourage you to seek appropriate support from a suitably qualified professional.

22. Personal Responsibility

Everyone’s experience is different.

While many people find our Services valuable and meaningful, we cannot guarantee any particular outcome or result.

What you experience through our Services will depend on many factors beyond our control, including your own circumstances, choices and participation.

By using our Services, you acknowledge that you remain responsible for your own decisions, actions and wellbeing.

You are free to decide whether a practice or Service feels appropriate for you, to adapt or stop your participation where appropriate, and to seek other professional support whenever you need it.

If you have a medical or mental health condition, injury, are pregnant, or have any other concern that may affect your ability to participate safely in meditation, movement or other practices, you should seek appropriate professional advice before participating.

23. No Guarantees

We make every reasonable effort to provide accurate, thoughtful and up-to-date information.

However, we do not guarantee that:

every Service will always be available;
every feature will operate without interruption;
information will always be free from errors;
our Services will meet every individual’s expectations or circumstances.

Individual experiences of meditation, presence practices, movement, pet-loss support, energy healing and our other Services will vary. We do not promise or guarantee any particular physical, emotional, psychological, spiritual or other outcome.

We reserve the right to improve, update, modify or discontinue any aspect of our Services where reasonably necessary.

24. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law, It’s All About Your Healing Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, our Services.

This includes, without limitation:

loss of income;
loss of business opportunity;
loss of data;
loss of goodwill;
interruption to business activities;
emotional distress arising from the use of our educational content.

You acknowledge that participation in meditation, movement, energy healing and other wellbeing practices involves individual choice and that experiences and responses can vary. You are responsible for participating within your own abilities and stopping any activity if you feel unwell, unsafe or unable to continue comfortably.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such limitation would be unlawful under New Zealand legislation, including rights that cannot legally be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable laws.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Where permitted by law, our total liability relating to any claim arising from your use of our paid Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific Service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months immediately preceding the event.

25. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless It’s All About Your Healing Limited, its directors, employees, contractors and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses or expenses arising from:

your breach of these Terms;
your misuse of the Services;
your infringement of another person’s rights;
content you submit through our Services.

Nothing in this clause requires you to indemnify us for liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or transferred to you under New Zealand law.

26. Suspension or Termination

We hope this is never necessary.

However, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to some or all of our Services where we reasonably believe that:

these Terms have been breached;
unlawful activity has occurred;
another person’s safety or wellbeing is at risk;
continued access could reasonably harm our community or business.

We may also pause or end an individual service or session where we reasonably believe that a person’s needs have moved beyond the scope of the support we provide or that continuing would not be appropriate. Where appropriate, we may encourage that person to seek support from a suitably qualified professional or relevant service.

Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before the account was closed.

27. Force Majeure

We will not be responsible for delays or failures in providing our Services where those delays result from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Examples include natural disasters, power failures, internet outages, acts of government, industrial disputes, pandemics or failures of third-party service providers.

28. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.

Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or our Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

Before commencing legal proceedings, both parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute through good-faith discussion.

29. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Where possible, any invalid provision will be interpreted in a way that most closely reflects its original purpose while remaining legally enforceable.

30. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and any other policies expressly referred to within them, constitute the entire agreement between you and It’s All About Your Healing Limited regarding your use of our Services.

They replace any previous understandings or agreements relating to the same subject matter.

31. Changes to Our Services

We continually improve and develop our Services.

We may introduce new features, remove outdated material, improve functionality or discontinue Services where appropriate.

Where changes materially affect paid memberships or subscriptions, we will provide reasonable notice wherever practicable.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The latest version will always be published on our Website and, where appropriate, made available within our Application.

Your continued use of our Services after updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

33. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Use

The content made available through our Services reflects many years of original work, writing, recordings and creative development.

Except where expressly permitted by law or with our prior written consent, you may not use any part of our Services to:

train, fine-tune or improve artificial intelligence or machine learning systems;
create datasets for use by artificial intelligence models;
reproduce, imitate or generate substantially similar content using our materials;
scrape, harvest or systematically extract content using automated tools, bots or software;
use our content as prompts, source material or reference material for the commercial development of artificial intelligence products or services.

This applies to all content made available through our Website, Application, memberships, courses, recordings, downloadable resources and community materials.

Nothing in this clause prevents reasonable personal use of publicly available generative AI tools while engaging with our Services, provided our original content is not copied, uploaded or used in a way that infringes our intellectual property rights.

Requests to licence or otherwise use our material for research, education or other purposes are always welcome and may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

34. Automated Access

You may not access our Services using automated systems, bots, scraping software or other technologies intended to systematically collect, copy or reproduce our content without our prior written consent.

Reasonable search engine indexing and other lawful automated activity authorised by us or required for the normal operation of the internet are not affected by this clause.

35. Accessibility

We want All About Your Joy to be accessible to as many people as reasonably possible.

If you experience difficulty accessing any part of our Website, Application or Services, please let us know.

Where reasonably practicable, we will work with you to provide information in an alternative format and continue improving the accessibility of our Services over time.
